As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policy
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and respond to variations in patient status
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of patient's condition, treatment, and care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Current RN License in the state of Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
Ability to work varied shifts, including night shift
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
