This is a FT M-F 8a-4:30pm RN position in the Cortland MC Cancer Center. Position Summary The Oncology nurse provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients and is responsible for delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, and evidence-based quality care. Practicing in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in the state of employment, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics, and the ANA scope and standards of practice. Experience A minimum of two years of practice as a registered nurse in an acute care setting is preferred but not required. Education Graduate of an Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited nursing program.
