Monitors, communicates and implements action plans as needed, based on results of employee, clinician and patient satisfaction surveys. Consistently and effectively implements and monitors policies, workflows, competency and training. Provides direct patient care per their license and scope of practice. Less than 50% of time spent on average is performing the duties of the individuals being supervised.
