As a Wound Management Nurse (LPN/RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality wound care to our residents. Your expertise will help us promote healing, prevent complications, and improve the overall health and well-being of our residents.

Wound Management Nurse (LPN/RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, individualized wound care to residents, including wound assessment, treatment, and education
• Develop and implement wound care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct regular wound assessments and monitor progress to ensure optimal healing
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Wound Management Nurse (LPN/RN) Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri
• Current CPR certification
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
