Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Residents assessments

Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Occupational Health Case Manager Clinic Nurse is responsible for providing a variety of nursing duties as well as serving as case manager. These duties include coordinating, performing, and assisting with post-offer physicals or assessments, counsels and assists employees exposed to diseases, provides injury assessment, determines appropriate level of care, completes occupational health screening and surveillance services, and provides case management services. Case management services encompass injury reporting, referral coordination, and collaboration with the Workers' Compensation TPA, OSF Workers’ Compensation and other OSF departments, leadership, and healthcare providers to ensure Mission Partners receive appropriate care.
