In this role, you will conduct comprehensive functional health assessments encompassing physical, psychological, cultural, and social factors. Using your clinical expertise, you will identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate outcomes, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care that supports healing and recovery.

 

Schedule

  • Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks 
  • Day/Evening shift rotation | 7am-3:30pm and 3-11:30 pm | Every other weekend (Friday-Sunday) | Rotating holidays 
  • St. Cloud Hospital | On-site | Adult Mental Health Unit


Pay and Benefits

  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
    • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
    • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
    • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelor's or Master's in nursing preferred. 
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided.
