  • Active Registered Nurse License valid in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year home health nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
  • CPR certification
  • Pass drug screening and background checks as required
