Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred, especially with vent and trach care
  • Confidence in responding to emergency situations and executing care plans
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Previous school-based or 1:1 care experience is a plus
  • Ability to accompany student on the bus and provide attentive care throughout the day

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive 1:1 nursing care to a vent and trach-dependent student
