In this role, you’ll lead a team of patient care providers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, where you’ll participate in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for our patients, providing them a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies and regulations. 

To succeed, you’ll need to work well independently and with others, and have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should be able to assess and solve problems, switch gears swiftly and be able to adapt to handle multiple tasks in a short period of time.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Night shift | 12-hour shifts | 7pm-7:30am
  • 1 weekend per 4-week schedule(Fri-Sun) | Every 3rd holiday

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay based on experience and degree

    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour

    • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour

    • Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour

    • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

  • Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts 
  • $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
  • BSN required within three years
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Case Manager to cover the St. Cloud area. This position is responsible for the consultation, development, and implementation of the rehabilitation plan. A Nurse Case Manager works independently using their own discretion to assist injured workers/consumers in their recovery so that they may return to work. The Nurse Case Manager works with all parties to the claim including: the injured person, the claim’s examiner, employer, attorneys (plaintiff and defense) and medical providers. Why Paradigm? Case Managers may also need regional or national certifications and must adhere to the standards of practice outlined by the specific national certifying body or the jurisdictionally accepted standards of practice. Two years of full-time equivalent direct clinical experience to the consumer (required for casework referred from Accounts requiring accredited case management). Professional licenses or certifications required to meet qualifications for this position must be current, unrestricted and allow for practice within a state or territory of the United States. Valid driver’s license, and good driving history Competencies: Exceptional time management and organization skills are required. A full-time QRC is responsible for approximately 25 files that all require contact and reporting within specific timelines. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people on a daily basis utilizing both verbal and written communication. Flexibility, versatility, and problem solving – this role works at a fast pace. Technology proficiency – QRC’s at Paradigm CCS use an advanced Case Management software solution to do their work.
