Job Description

To administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and obstetrical procedures in an operating room, or to patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic procedures outside the operating room (OR), under the medical direction billing collaboration of a faculty member of the Department of Anesthesia & Perioperative Care at UCSF Medical Center. Required Qualifications

Minimum one (1) year of CRNA experienceGraduation from an accredited school of nursing and possession of the legal requirements to practice as a Registered Nurse as determined by the California Board of Registered NursingGraduation from a school of anesthesia accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Schools of Anesthesia; certification by the Council for Certification of Nurse AnesthetistsKnowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the positionFlexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
