- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
- Oversee clinical operations across assigned branches or markets, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and support clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and payer performance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, payer, accreditation, and Elara Caring clinical standards, policies, and HIPAA regulations.
- Review clinical documentation and quality metrics to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Partner with operational and clinical leadership to drive process improvements, organizational efficiencies, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor staffing, productivity, and clinical capacity to ensure appropriate coverage while supporting business growth.
- Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate clinical team members, creating development plans that support engagement and performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and address performance concerns through coaching and corrective action when appropriate.
- Collaborate with branch leadership, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Support branch readiness for state surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews, including the implementation of plans of correction as needed.
- Monitor financial, operational, and clinical performance indicators to achieve quality, growth, productivity, and budget goals.
- Build strong relationships with community partners, professional organizations, and regulatory agencies to support organizational initiatives and promote Elara Caring's mission.
- Communicate effectively with employees, patients, referral partners, and leadership while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Champion Elara Caring's mission, vision, and values while promoting a culture of compassion, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory home care and administrative experience required.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, policies, and procedures preferred.
- Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements for HCBS/PCS.
- Experience in incident management, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
- Licensure/Certification (Required): Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable personal transportation to perform job duties.
