This position is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the residents are met. Responsibilities Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status: Performs initial and on-going assessments per the applicable Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act. Ensures assessments are completed every 90 days per regulatory requirements. Works with resident and/or responsible party through collaboration, education, and timely communication to ensure appropriate service and placement. Service Agreements: assure that resident has an up to date service agreement at time of admission, with any changes in services and annually.
