As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care in a supportive and caring environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

Monitor and provide daily oversight of resident care in accordance with facility and state standards through supervising and directing nurse staff
Report to the Director of Nursing to ensure excellence in quality care
Promote patient independence by establishing goals and educating residents and their loved ones
Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
Protect residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
Document resident care services and maintain professional and technical knowledge

Certifications & Key Qualifications:

Valid RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required
Previous Unit Manager experience desirable
Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care
Problem-solving and customer service skills
Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care
