Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania
Prior experience in school nursing, pediatric, or special education settings is a plus
Confidence supporting students with multiple and/or complex disabilities
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Comfortable collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents
Able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations
Compliance with all health, safety, and confidentiality requirements

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver daily health and nursing care to students with disabilities inside the classroom
Administer medications and execute medical treatments as prescribed
Monitor and track student health status, documenting care clearly
Collaborate closely with classroom staff to support academic participation and safe mobility
Serve as a resource for staff and families on student health concerns
Respond promptly to student health needs and manage minor injuries or emergencies
