School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - West Chester, Pennsylvania

What Were Looking For:

  • Current LPN/LVN license in good standing
  • Experience working with children or within a school setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with supporting students with multiple disabilities
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, following the schools schedule
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate approach and resourcefulness in addressing student needs

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing daily health care and direct support to students with multiple disabilities in the classroom
  • Administering medications, monitoring health status, and responding to medical emergencies as needed
  • Assisting staff with care routines and adaptive equipment
  • Collaborating with special education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure student needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate health records and adhering to all regulations and school policies
  • Serving as a knowledgeable, approachable health resource for students and staff

Position Details:

  • Full-time, school-year contract
  • Approximate schedule: August 31, 2026 June 11, 2027 (dates may vary with the school calendar)
  • MondayFriday, 8:20am3:50pm
