What Were Looking For:

Current LPN/LVN license in good standing
Experience working with children or within a school setting strongly preferred
Familiarity with supporting students with multiple disabilities
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, following the schools schedule
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Compassionate approach and resourcefulness in addressing student needs

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing daily health care and direct support to students with multiple disabilities in the classroom
Administering medications, monitoring health status, and responding to medical emergencies as needed
Assisting staff with care routines and adaptive equipment
Collaborating with special education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure student needs are met
Maintaining accurate health records and adhering to all regulations and school policies
Serving as a knowledgeable, approachable health resource for students and staff
