Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois required
Prior hands-on experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is essential
Critical care background highly preferred
Experience in a school nursing or pediatric setting strongly desired
Must submit a resume and proof of licensure/certifications
LPNs will not be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one nursing support to a preschool student during transportation and throughout the school day
Meet at the students residence, accompany on the bus, and ensure safe return home each day
Monitor, assess, and manage healthcare needs, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator support
Collaborate with school staff and the students care team to maintain a safe learning environment
Keep accurate documentation of interventions and student status
