We’re looking for a dynamic and caring individual to join our team in a dual role as an Activities Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Position Overview:
This dual position will be split between part-time hours as an Activities Assistant and part-time hours as a CNA. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, energetic, creative, and team-oriented, with a passion for improving residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

As an Activities Assistant:

  • Plan, organize, and lead recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.

  • Encourage participation and foster an inclusive, positive environment.

  • Assist in documenting resident engagement and progress.

As a CNA:

  • Provide daily personal care and support for residents.

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

  • Take vital signs, observe, and report any changes in residents’ conditions.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and staff to ensure residents’ overall well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida CNA certification (required).

  • Previous experience in activities programming or recreation preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about working with seniors.

  • Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled.
