RN Registered Nurse Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive care

RN Registered Nurse Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

  • Current PA RN licensure

Schedule: 60 hrs every 2 wks, night shift RN with every third weekend requirement and holiday rotation package (plus flex holiday) as needed. Implement the patient care delivery model for the patient and their family. Additionally the registered nurse is responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, providing and evaluating, the care provided to assigned patients. Additional Requirement You must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred, required to obtain within 3 years Inpatient Experience Preferred- Minimum of 2yrs experience preferred Must be eligible for Delaware State license (or compact license).
