This part-time, one-on-one travel RN position runs from August 18, 2026, to May 28, 2027—with a consistent schedule, Tuesday through Friday, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The RN will meet a preschool student at home, accompany them on the bus, provide care throughout the school day, and ensure a safe return trip. This student requires advanced care due to a G-tube, trach, and ventilator, and your expertise will make a critical difference in their educational and daily achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois RN license required
  • At least one year of direct experience with G-tube, trach, and ventilator care
  • Prior critical care or high-acuity nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Must provide current license/certification and resume

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical nursing care to a single preschool student (1:1)
  • Travel to and from the student's home and school each school day
  • Monitor and manage G-tube, trach, and ventilator throughout the assignment
