Qualifications:

Current RN license in Illinois (required)

Key Responsibilities:

Meet student at home and accompany them to and from school by bus
Deliver continuous, student-specific care throughout the school day (12:30 PM–4:00 PM, Tuesday–Friday)
Manage G-tube, trach, and ventilator needs with expertise and compassion
Document care provided and collaborate with educational and family teams
