A dedicated Certified School Nurse is sought for a full-time contract position covering a 12-week maternity leave, with the potential for extension. This assignment begins December 14, 2026, and continues through March 15, 2027. You'll split your expertise between a high school and an elementary school, fostering continuity of care for students of all ages.

You will help create a nurturing, responsive environment in two schools: High School (Monday–Wednesday, 7:00am–2:30pm) and Elementary School (Thursday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm). Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Certified School Nurse endorsement—required
Previous experience in school nursing preferred

Experience working with special education and IEP meetings is a plus
Ability to confidently manage two school locations with different age groups
