***Position opens in the beginning of December, 2026*** Purpose of Your Job Position The primary purpose of your position is to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and policies and goals of the Facility. Delegation of Authority As MDS Director you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
