Position Overview:
In this role, you will oversee resident care operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence within our facility. If you are a dedicated RN with strong leadership skills and a passion for long-term care, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation
• Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
