Astrana Care Hospitalists is seeking experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our growing inpatient medicine program serving communities throughout Orange County.

Working in close partnership with Astrana Health, Prospect Medical Holdings, and Allied Pacific IPA, our hospitalist team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered acute care to diverse and underserved populations. Position Highlights

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care for hospitalized patients
  • Conduct admissions, evaluations, and follow-up assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians
  • Coordinate patient care with consulting specialists and interdisciplinary teams
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Facilitate safe and efficient discharge planning and transitions of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


Qualifications

Required
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Active California licensure
  • Current DEA registration
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
Preferred
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese and/or Spanish
  • Prior inpatient or hospital medicine experience
