We are seeking a skilled RN with a BSN and a Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential to join a dedicated educational community for the upcoming school year. This part-time opportunity offers a set schedule of two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12 hours per week), with services split between two campuses serving elementary-age students.

What Were Looking For:

Current CA licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with BSN
Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential (required)
Recent experience in pediatric, community, or school nursing preferred
Excellent communication and organization skills

Commitment to promoting student well-being and safety
Prepared to comply with fingerprinting/background check requirements

Role Expectations:

Deliver comprehensive health services and first aid as needed
Serve as a consultant for staff and families regarding health matters
Develop, implement, and monitor individual health care plans for students
Conduct mandated screenings and assessments
Support emergency preparedness and communicable disease management
Coordinate between families, healthcare providers, and school staff

Contract Details:

Start August 19th; ends June 10th
