Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions

  • Administering medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance

  • Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition

  • Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication

  • Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

  • Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license in Illinois

  • CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC

  • Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and a strong team player

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • A commitment to kindness, respect, and integrity in every interaction

JOB SUMMARY Responsible to deliver direct and indirect nursing care to patients with ostomies, draining wounds, various types of fistulae, stomas, soft tissue injuries and other wound types and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nurses in relation to wound care, treatments, prevention, and assessments. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in the state of Illinois. Must possess a current CPR certificate or become certified within two weeks of employment. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures. Demonstrates interest and or knowledge in the care of the aged. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when such circumstances warrant.
