Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Foster a culture of excellence, promoting professionalism, teamwork, and open communication among staff members

  • Evaluate and improve nursing care practices, ensuring high-quality services and patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care, services, and programs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in nursing administration, preferably in a long-term care setting

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
