Requirements:

Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing nursing operations during assigned shifts at Constant Care Agency’s partner nursing facilities in the Bronx. The RN Supervisor ensures that residents receive safe, high-quality care consistent with the standards of practice, regulatory requirements, and the mission of Constant Care Agency. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Supervision Oversee all nursing and direct care staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on assigned units or shifts.
