Responsibilities or an RN Case Manager & Educating Supervisor:

Current RN license in the state of California.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in Home Health.
Proficiency in Private Duty Nursing.

Conduct thorough rounds to monitor resident positioning, devices, skin condition, oral care, grooming, and accessibility of call lights. Address concerns from residents and their families with professionalism. Keep the 24-hour report log updated. Ensure the building remains secure. Welcome and assist physicians upon their arrival.
