 You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred 
  • A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire
  • American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire or at earliest available course

Overview Department: Recovery Room Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00am - 9:30pm / on-call requirement Hospital: Resurrection Medical Center Location: Chicago, IL 60631 Responsibilities The PACU RN is accountable directly to the OR Charge Nurse and the Director of Surgical Services, and indirectly to the House Supervisor. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for all patients within the PACU scope of services.
