As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This includes:

Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
Participate in cultural and recreational activities to enhance the lives of our residents
Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and standards of care, and maintain certification and licensure requirements

Requirements:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and caring approach to resident care
