About the Role:

As a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be expected to:

  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being

  • Deliver compassionate and personalized care services to meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and develop strategies to improve resident outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of care and services provided

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
