Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • High school diploma required. • Successful completion of a formal Medical Assistant program. • Possesses 3 or more years of relevant clinical experience. • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred but not required. • Some college, preferred. • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. • Excellent communication/listening skills.
