What You'll Do:

 

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Up to $49 an hour with weekly pay. As an RN Hospice Case Manager, you plan, organize, and direct hospice care. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. Experience & Education: One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting, and one (1) to two (2) years of recent experience in home care. CPR certification. Must have an active and unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts. Bachelor’s degree, with one (1) year of hospice care experience preferred. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising hospice aides. Completes an initial, comprehensive, and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patient and family to determine hospice needs.
