Licensure/Certification/Registration:

 

BLS

One of the following:

  • Current Alabama LPN license
  • Current Multi State LPN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

Responsibilities Provides professional nursing care to patients in a variety of outpatient clinic settings Participates in direct patient care activities under the supervision of a provider or advanced practitioner Assesses health status by completing a nursing assessment Educates patients about medication and special diets, preparing, and administering medication as directed, symptom management, and providing additonal information related to community resources.
