Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our inpatient unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care

Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Manage medication administration, treatments, and other medical interventions
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
