Overview

JOB SPECIFICS

OSF HealthCare is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider to work collaboratively with an OBGYN specializing in NaPro Technology and the Creighton Model Fertility Care System to provide comprehensive women's health, fertility, and gynecologic care.

Provide outpatient and inpatient care for women with gynecologic, hormonal, and fertility-related conditions.
Support the evaluation and management of reproductive health conditions, including endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and premenstrual disorders.
Pre-op evaluations, preparation for surgery, and post-op care.
Assist with NaPro Technology treatment plans to support fertility and reproductive health.
Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and other test results to guide care planning.
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed to provide either advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act OR physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
BLS/ACLS Certified.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Previous APP experience with the Creighton Model Fertility Care System is preferred.
