We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. In this role, you will support our nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and help maintain a positive, collaborative environment throughout the building.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
Monitor resident care plans to ensure quality and compliance
Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination
Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support as needed
Partner with administration to drive resident satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility policies

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license in good standing
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
A compassionate approach and commitment to resident-centered care
