Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current NJ School Nursing RN license (required)
• Minimum of one-year school-based RN experience
• Comfort working across an entire school district and with multiple school buildings
• Reliable transportation; must be able to manage commute across various assigned sites
• Must be able to manage and service a varied caseload independently
• Willingness to complete TB test, physical examination, and fingerprinting for compliance
• Open and clear communication regarding past experience and comfort with district-wide roles
• LPNs are not eligible for this opportunity

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, high-quality student healthcare services district-wide
• Oversee building-wide health and safety practices
• Support individualized health plans and case management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at multiple sites
