Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the design and coordination of valid, enriching clinical experiences for Nurse Assisting students
  • Developing and organizing the clinical instruction schedule for trainees
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to ensure seamless integration of classroom and clinical learning
  • Supervising students in an 8:1 clinical setting, prioritizing both safety and skill development
  • Communicating and meeting with partner agency personnel about clinical placements and student progress
  • Evaluating and documenting students’ growth in their clinical skills
  • Performing related duties to support the nurse aide instruction team
