Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care for both mothers and newborns, offering routine and specialized newborn services, as well as stabilization and support for high-risk infants until transfer to a NICU when needed. Nurses will play a critical role in our fast-paced environment, where 1:1 patient ratios are common, reflecting the complex needs of our patients. Responsibilities include monitoring and administering high-risk medications, managing patients requiring major surgical interventions, and assessing patients in the triage area. CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements.
