  • Shift: night shift with every 3rd weekend required

Travel RN Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions
  • Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients
  • This assignment includes Charge Nurse responsibilities for geriatric unit
