What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff

  • Oversee resident care to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

  • Assist with coordinating daily nursing operations and assignments

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in condition

  • Support and guide RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants

  • Conduct rounds and ensure residents' needs are being addressed

  • Review and follow up on physician orders, care plans, and clinical documentation

  • Assist with medication management and treatment oversight

  • Promote compliance with infection prevention and control procedures

  • Address staffing and clinical concerns promptly

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Assist with investigations, incident reports, and follow-up as needed

  • Support the Director of Nursing with departmental initiatives and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or rehabilitation setting

  • Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience
