7 Tower is a 36-bed cardiac telemetry unit focused on teamwork, patient safety, and high-quality, patient-centered care. The unit serves a diverse population, including patients with arrhythmias, stroke, sepsis, heart failure, and those recovering from vascular and open-heart surgeries.

Our team maintains a strong focus on nurse-sensitive indicators, continuously striving to improve patient outcomes. We are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while prioritizing quality, safety, and seamless coordination across the continuum of care.

Through multidisciplinary rounds, we partner with physicians, social workers, and case management to coordinate care and ensure safe, effective discharge planning.


 We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience required

SUMMARY: The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents in order to assure appropriate reimbursement for care and services provided within the Facility. Oversees the overall process and tracking of MDS/Prospective Payment System (PPS) documentation and submission.
