We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Shift LPN to join our team and help us deliver the highest level of care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration. We provide wound care, and vital sign monitoring as needed.

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or designee

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Ohio

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassion and empathy for older adults and their families
