Your Impact

As Director of Nursing, you will:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services

What You Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical standards
Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve outcomes
Experience with Quality Measures, audits, and performance improvement
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
