SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA. We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers who are ready to provide personalized support to clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

  • Support mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

  • Follow individual care plans and daily routines

  • Communicate client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

  • Able to commit to the agreed-upon shift schedule
