Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and in accordance with established protocols
Monitor and report resident conditions, concerns, and changes to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals
Participate in care planning and coordination with other team members to ensure comprehensive and individualized care
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
