Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to a preschool student with a tracheostomy, including aspiration as needed
Monitor the students health status and intervene appropriately, collaborating with school staff and other healthcare team members
Maintain detailed and accurate care documentation and communicate updates to guardians and school personnel
Assist with the students daily routines and health needs in the classroom setting, including toileting support
