Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team! As a RN Supervisor, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, patient assignments, and workflow management

• Ensure high-quality patient care, providing guidance and support to staff nurses as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff

• Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and staff performance

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our pursuit of clinical excellence

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and customer service

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license and certification

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
